Dear President Vladimir Putin, as a PRESIDENT of the RUSSIA, i wanted to share this good Information with you, and your People which are the RUSSIANS.
We as HUMANITY are all the OWNER of the GLOBAL COLLATERAL Accounts, and we all have something to say about these FUNDS.
You as a PRESIDENT has to POWER to help use TAKE back control of the PROSPERITY funds which are under the WHITE Dragon family.
I have seen that many LEADERS are afraid to TELL the CHINESE GOVERNMENT they have been CORRUPTING all governments and TREATING them if they do not comply with their demands. I have been also one of those Victims and the Government of CURACAO and their People have also suffered on the Chinese Corrupted ways, as Positioning and murdering officials here in Curacao, where they Have GAS hidden agendas.
